How is this different from Jobber or Joist?

Is $99 really worth it if I just run small jobs?

Do I need a smartphone or a computer?

A smartphone is all you need. Mi Capataz works through WhatsApp, the same app you already use to text family. There's no laptop, no separate app to download, no dashboard to log into. If you can record a voice note for your wife, you can run your business with Mi Capataz.

Does it work with Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo?

Yes. Your invoices include payment links for cards (via Stripe) and tap-to-pay buttons for Cash App and Venmo with QR codes. Zelle goes on as a handle since there's no universal Zelle URL. Your customers pay however they prefer, and your assistant tracks who paid which way for tax time.

What if my customers don't speak Spanish?

No problem. You run your business in whichever language you prefer — Spanish or English — and your customers' invoices and estimates go out in English, Spanish, or bilingual. The product is built for that exact split.

How do I cancel?

Text "cancel" to Mi Capataz, or email hola@micapataz.com. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no "are you sure?" Your account closes at the end of the current month and you keep access until then. No annual contract.
